Omalluk Oshutsiaq was born in 1948 and lives in Kinngait. Her short testimony contains complementary information to another testimony shared earlier by her husband, Simeonie Oshutsiaq. When she was 13 years old (in the early 1960s), Omalluk witnessed her husband’s dogs being shot by police officer McNeil who resided in their community at the time.
